Master Audience Member List
An audience member is someone you want to influence with your marketing activities. The master audience member list stores records for all the audience members in Aprimo.
This feature is available in Aprimo Marketing Studio 9.1 only.
- You want to send a holiday greeting to your current customers. You use the Profiles module in an activity to create a group of customers who have made a purchase in the last 12 months. You use an interaction to send the greeting.
- You design a segmentation that includes a dialogue segment to import customers from your external customer database into Aprimo as audience members.
These features automate the creation of audience members, but you can also create audience members manually:
- Data sources
You can use the Data Sources module to import audience members. - Email mappings
The Email Mappings module can import audience members who complete a Web form. - Load list wizard
You can use the load list wizard to upload a list of audience members in the Audience Members module in an activity. - Segmentations
Segmentations work with internal or external customer databases. The records are not imported into Aprimo for the purpose of processing segmentations, but you can use the dialogue tool in a segmentation to import customers as audience members to use in interactions.
