Setting Display Order of Digital Assets and Attachments on Tasks

When you create a task or a review task, you can control the order in which digital assets or attachments appear in the task's Documents section and Review Materials section. You do this in the System Types module, where you can set a sequence for Digital Asset system types and Attachment system types. This sequence dictates the display sequence of the assets and attachments on tasks and review tasks.

  1. On the main navigation column, point to System Administration, and click System Tools.
  2. On the navigation column, point to Configuration, and click System Types.
  3. Point to the action icon for Attachments or Digital Assets, and click View.
  4. Click Set Sequence.
  5. On the Edit Sequence page, click the type you want to move in the sequence.
  6. Click the Up or Down button until the type is in the desired position.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all types are in the desired sequence.
  8. Click Save.
