Work Schedules

Work schedules enable you to manage company holidays, weekends, and daily hours as templates for creating workflows, projects, or change orders.

Creating and Editing Work Schedules
Typically, a workflow administrator creates the master work schedules. One schedule is the default. Project managers creating projects, change orders, and workflows can then choose work schedules to apply to steps and tasks.
Deleting Work Schedules
You can delete a work schedule only if it is not included in any workflow templates. Removing a work schedule from a step does not delete the work schedule from the master work schedule list. Likewise, removing a work schedule from a task does not delete the work schedule from the project or change order.

You use work schedules to configure available work days and times. Work schedules enable you to manage company holidays, weekends, and daily hours as templates for creating workflows, projects, or change orders. You can create more than 1 work schedule, but you can set only 1 work schedule as the default. Work schedules help to calculate durations for steps and tasks.
