Response History
The Response History module lists all the Web forms and responses to fields on Web forms submitted by or for the lead.
Example:
Before a lead is assigned to a salesperson, each lead fills out a questionnaire that lists the products or services in which they have interest and any comments. Before you contact the lead, you view the Response History module for the lead to see the answers to the questionnaire.
