Rejecting Leads

The configuration of the Leads Portal determines whether you can reject newly assigned leads. You might be required to submit an accompanying lead form. You can reject an individual lead or multiple leads

  1. To reject a single lead, from the My Leads or My Team's Leads page, point to the lead's action icon, and click Reject Lead.
  2. To reject multiple leads, select the check box in the Select All column for each lead.
  3. Click Reject.
