Contact History
The contact history for a lead provides information about the communications your organization has had with the lead. The contact history information is generated in Aprimo.
Example:
You were assigned leads from another salesperson. You want to determine when, how often, and in what manner your predecessor contacted the lead. You do this by viewing the lead's contact history.
