Activity History

Aprimo generates a lead's activity history. You can access the Activity History module in a lead record in the Leads Portal. The Activity History module lists all activities that have targeted the lead. You can view the details about each activity in the list.

Example:
As a salesperson, you want to view all activities that have targeted a lead to which you were assigned. You use the Activity History module in the lead record to view all the different media that has already been sent to the lead. You use this information to determine the additional information you will need to further pursue the lead.

Key Fields

Field	Description
Activity Type	This field indicates these activity characteristics: Which activity extended attributes you can track The activity's initial status The activity types you see are specific to your application. The activity's status can automatically change. Activity statuses are specific to activity types.
Classification	This field defines the relationship among objects in Aprimo. The classification also helps you build reports.
Currency Code	This field indicates the currency in which costs are stored for the activity.
Controlling Account	This field determines the activity's controlling funding account. An activity is funded by 1 or more funding accounts. Only 1 funding account per fiscal year is designated as the activity's controlling account. The controlling funding account's contact monitors the activity's estimated costs and actual costs.
Owner	This field indicates the person who is ultimately responsible for the activity's implementation. Activities have both owners and administrators. These fields can contain the same person or different people.
Administrator	This field indicates the administrator who is responsible for the activity's tactical implementation. Activities have both owners and administrators. These fields can contain the same person or different people.
Activity Type Status	This field indicates the activity's general condition.
Time Zone	This field represents the time zone of the location at which the majority of the activity-related work occurs.
Begin Date	This field indicates the begin date when work begins on the activity.
End Date	This field indicates the end date when all work on the activity ends.
