The configuration of the Leads Portal determines whether you can accept leads. You might be required to submit an accompanying lead form. You can accept an individual lead or multiple leads.

1. To accept an individual lead, from the My Leads or My Team's Leads page, point to the lead's action icon, and click Accept Lead.
2. If you want to accept multiple leads, select the check box in the Select All column for each lead, and click Accept
