Configuring Edge

Complete these procedures to configure Microsoft Edge for use with Aprimo:

Deleting Cached Data and Files

Delete the cached data and files Microsoft Edge stores on your computer before using Aprimo or the Aprimo portal for the first time. You should also delete cached data and files each time an Aprimo maintenance release is installed. For more information, contact your system administrator.

  1. On the toolbar, click the More actions () icon.
  2. On the menu, click Settings.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click the Choose what to clear button.
  4. Clear the Preserve Favorites website data check box.
  5. Verify that Cached data and files is selected.
  6. Click Clear.

Turning Off Pop-up Blockers

You cannot use the application or portal if a pop-up blocker is enabled on your computer. To turn off the pop-up blocker:

  1. On the toolbar, click the More actions () icon.
  2. On the menu, click Settings.
  3. Click View Advanced Settings.
  4. Set Block pop-ups to Off.
Tip:
If you use a third-party pop-up blocker, click the option that allows pop-up windows from the site where the application and portal are installed. You might need to refresh the page to display the blocked information.

Setting the Zoom Level

Note:
Aprimo is designed to work in a browser with the zoom level set to 100%. If you modify the zoom, you might see on-screen formatting issues.

To check or change the zoom level:

  1. On the toolbar, click the More actions () icon.
  2. Click the Zoom controls until the view is set to 100%.
